Adamantia Perivolaris (1935 - 2021)

Adamantia Perivolaris passed away on 11 January 2021 due to COVID-19. Being impossible to be with my mother during her final days due to current restrictions, I was at least able to bid her farewell by phone while she was still conscious. I would like to thank the NHS team who looked after her with such humane skill during her stay at Ealing Hospital. I am in awe of the exemplary quality of health workers who are able to keep our hospitals still functioning in the most difficult of circumstances, exacerbated by Tory government lead by the bad judgment and disinvestment of self-serving mountebanks in London. Et lux in tenebris lucet.
